The closed garbage truck is an environmental sanitation product independently developed and produced by Shenzhen Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd., specifically designed for transferring garbage using garbage cans as carriers. Over years of development, the product line has expanded to include various configurations such as long carriage, short carriage, fuel-powered, and pure electric. With extensive experience accumulation, both the technical performance of the vehicle and the manufacturing process have reached the leading domestic level. The EQ5041XTYSBEV closed garbage truck uses the Huashen electric chassis and features a hydraulically controlled lifting tail plate at the rear of the carriage, which facilitates the lifting and loading/unloading of garbage cans. The top of the carriage is equipped with a lifting function top cover, providing enhanced sealing and environmental protection.

Functional Overview

The entire garbage can is used as the transportation carrier, and the following steps are performed:

(1) Open the top cover of the compartment;

(2) Rotate and open the tail plate;

(3) Lower the tail plate horizontally until its end touches the ground, then push the garbage can onto the tail plate;

(4) Lift the tail plate horizontally until it is level with the compartment floor, then push the garbage can into the compartment;

(5) Close the tail plate by rotating it;

(6) Close the compartment top cover. This process enables the collection and transfer of garbage cans.

Application Scope

The vehicle can load 15 standard 240L garbage cans or 6 standard 660L garbage cans at one time. It is mainly suitable for garbage collection operations in urban streets, residential areas, basements of residential areas, parks, and other places where trash cans are used to collect garbage. After garbage is collected in garbage cans, it is transferred by this truck to designated locations for further processing.
